Kinstretch is a 12-week joint health class that develops maximum flexibility and usable ranges of motion. You will learn how to evaluate your joints on a daily basis, anticipate injuries before they occur and improve the health and function of your joints so you can feel better and continue doing the things you love. Registration is required. This class includes pre and post assessments to track progress on joint range of motion.Kinstretch class is open to all cancer Survivors and caregiver.
