🎃 Join Kingston’s 2nd Annual Treat Accessibly Halloween Village! 🎃 Presented by the Jessica Hellard Real Estate Group, this inclusive Halloween celebration takes place October 25 from 1:00–4:00 PM on Purcell Crescent. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to create a Halloween experience for children — and the young at heart — who may face barriers, physical or otherwise, with traditional trick-or-treating. Together with over 30 supportive homeowners and local community businesses, Ktown Kids Physiotherapy and Greenshield Pest Control, the Jessica Hellard Real Estate Group is transforming the neighbourhood into a magical, barrier-free Halloween Village featuring:
👻 Decorated homes and accessible treat stations in driveways
🍬 Edible and non-edible treats
🎭 Costume contests and prizes
🎶 Music, games, and costumed entertainers
Our goal is to create a safe, fun, and inclusive Halloween experience for ALL kids — with and without disabilities — and their families. Adults with disabilities are very welcome as well! Parents are encouraged to join the fun in costume too!

About Treat Accessibly
Founded in 2017 by the Padulo family, Treat Accessibly began when they realized their home’s stairs made trick-or-treating inaccessible for a neighbour using a wheelchair. They relocated their treat station to their driveway — and inspired a nationwide movement. Today, over 100,000 homes across Canada display Treat Accessibly lawn signs, signaling their commitment to inclusive Halloween fun and community spirit.
🧡 Mark your calendars and get your costumes ready — we can’t wait to celebrate with you at the Kingston Treat Accessibly Halloween Village 2025!
