Hear ye! Hear ye! Riders of all ages are hereby summoned to compete in a royal contest of grit and glory, spanning three months and three epic cross-country bike races. Open to all, this series welcomes both the spirited adventurer and the fiercest competitor to test their mettle on the trails of Wānaka.Who shall rise above the rest to claim the crown and reign supreme as the next King or Queen of Wānaka XC? The battle for the throne begins!
Race 1 - Deans Bank - Tuesday 21st Jan
Race 2 - Hikuwai Loop (campground end) - Tuesday 4th March
Race 3 - Sticky Forest - Tuesday 18th March
5:45pm - Race number collection
6:15pm - Race and safety briefing
6:30pm - Race commences
Prize giving shall be held on-site once the race hath finished – final series’ prize giving location TBC.
