King Woman is a space to connect with your femininity, your strength, and your confidence through dance.
It was created for women who want to stop holding back and start embodying their full presence.

In this workshop we’ll take a journey through different Cuban dance styles.
We’ll begin with simple bodywork and technique to connect with the roots of movement. Then we’ll explore contemporary dance, salsa, rumba, and afro giving your body a wide range of expression, rhythm, and flow.
Step by step, you’ll discover how each style can help you feel stronger, freer, and more confident.
It’s not about copying me.
It’s about finding your own way of moving, and letting your essence come out.
