- Location: Intersection of King Rd & Story Rd

- Event Time: 11am-6pm

- Move In: 5am-9am SHARP

Roll In Instructions:

- Specific details about roll-in instructions will be provided closer to the event date.

- Car clubs looking to park together must roll in at the same time. No saving spots; parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis with no exceptions.

Family-Friendly Atmosphere:

- This is a family-friendly event, and we encourage everyone to leave any negative attitudes at home. Let's come together with respect for the city and the families visiting, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all!

Important Safety Note:

Only registered hoppers and media passholders are allowed inside the hop pit.

Arts & Craft Vendors:

Your spot will be a 10x10, if you wish to purchase a 10x20 please email [email protected].

Food Vendors:

Only food trucks will be allowed, you must obey all City & County rules and regulations, provide food permits. Any questions please email [email protected]

We are excited to welcome food vendors to this iconic event! Food vendor registration is $400, and we will provide you with a prime location right in the middle of the action.

While we’re thrilled to have you join us, we want to be transparent—this event takes place in an area surrounded by many local restaurants and franchise establishments, which are part of our vibrant community. For this reason, we cannot guarantee sales or profits and are not responsible for individual vendor outcomes.That said, this is your chance to be part of history and showcase your offerings at a landmark event in Eastside San Jose. Release of Liability King & Story Car Show & Hop Event

By registering for and participating in the King & Story Car Show & Hop event hosted by Allegiance_SJ, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risks: Understand that participation in the event involves inherent risks, including bodily injury,deaths or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks and responsibilities associated with your participation.

2. Compliance with Rules: Agree to adhere to all event rules and regulations, including but not limited to no alcohol, no burnouts, no revving, and no BBQ grills. This event is a neutral zone, and no gang affiliation or fighting will be tolerated. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the show premises. NO refunds will be given.

3. No In/Out Privileges: Participants are not granted in/out privileges during the event.

4. Car Club Parking: Understand that all car clubs wishing to park near each other must roll in at the same time. We do not authorize saving spots. All parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No exceptions.

5. Waiver of Claims: Hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Allegiance_sj, 101 Hydraulics , event sponsors, promoters, officials, and volunteers connected with the King & Story Car Show & Hop event from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury to you or your property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

6. Entry Fee Policy: Understand that entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

7. Acceptance of Responsibility: By registering for this event, you accept full responsibility for your participation and acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this Release of Liability.
