Start 2025 strong with a general fitness class designed for those aged 50 and up all adults welcome that touch all aspects of fitness such as functional strength balance cardiovascular agility and more.
These classes led by a Certified Kinesiologist/Exercise Physiologist as well as a student in training are client and community centered creative and fun.
What to expect?
-Programs that change every second week to keep you engaged and stimulated.
-Personalized modifications when needed and attention from your coach.
-Engaging and welcoming community of participants who are there to help motivate each other.
-Light to moderate intensity program with low impact movement.
-Careful consideration for your health and well being starting with a health history questionnaire and a quick chat before you get started. Open communication with your coach is important.
-Laughter and fun is a must!
The Crossman centre class is a bilingual class(French and English both spoken during the class to better serve everyone)
