POP-UP | These weekend classes are designed to strengthen your arms, back/core, and legs while creating a deep mind-body connection. This 50 minute class will focus on building strength, endurance and balance through targeted and precise movements.This class is safe for the beginner free from acute/chronic pain and/or restricted movement patterns but will also challenge the seasoned participant.
We recommend going barefoot or using grip socks on the Reformer, which you can purchase. You can also bring a refillable water bottle; we have a filtration station where you can refill it. All necessary props are provided.
