Join Katelyn Foley as she hosts an hour-long Pilates session each Wednesday. These Classical Pilates mat sessions will encourage exploration and variations of movement. Emphasis will be placed on core strength, control, precision, breath, and flow to connect to individual body alignment. This class welcomes all levels of students, beginner to advanced.
