A few things to note and bring for class:
-Please wear to class athletic atire. We will be partially undressed for the hands on portion of class (sports bras with a more exposed or strappy back for ladies is ideal).
-We will be applying tape to the skin of the upper body for this class
-Bring a new pair of sharp scissors
-Bring at least one roll of KT tape - suggested rolls that are not pre cut
-Bring pen and paper for note taking
