The Kindred Spirit Band have been invited by Rushden Conservative Club, in conjunction with Bob Prigmore's "The Prog and Rock Show" on "Beat Route Radio", to perform a concert at the Rushden Conservative Club. This is a private members club but non-members are welcome to attend free. They just need to 'sign in' on the night, on entry to the club.Tonight they will be playing a mixture of their largely original "perceptive and intriguing" numbers as well as some classic covers.
The music of Kindred Spirit Band has been favourably compared with bands like Fleetwood Mac, Jethro Tull and the Moody Blues, featuring two female vocalists, flute / sax, electric guitars, bass and drums.
The band have featured at events like Cambridge Rock Festival, Ealing Blues Festival, Danfest and Prog The Forest - to name a few.
