🔥 KINDLE YOUR HEART FIRE 🔥It is hard to keep our hearts open in these times, but so needed. When we are overwhelmed by the demands of life and the world, we have to actively make space to tend to our heart spaces and to the fire within.
Join me for a sacred retreat circle at the beautiful Chalice Well Gardens in the wake of the festival of Imbolc - the start of spring and the slow building of potential and energy in the Earth.
Through meditation, crafting, and journal work, we'll tend to the hearth of our hearts and re-discover our creative, compassionate selves.
All crafting materials will be provided, refreshments available throughout the day, bring lunch to share. There will be access to the gardens during our breaks.
