As part of Independent Venue Week, we welcome Kind of Blur to Southern Maltings. Brit-pop meets bebop in creative mashups of familiar tunes, all re-cast in the style of the best-selling jazz album ever – Miles Davis’ Kind Of Blue. Set lists can include songs from Blur to Kylie Minogue via Chumbawamba and The Eurythmics. Expect heaps of fun and sophistication, from a band equally at home in a theatre or private function.

This event is part of Independent Venue Week, running from 27th Jan – 2nd Feb 2025.
The event is being held on the first floor of the Southern Maltings building. Please check with the event organisers if using stairs is problematic. Southern Maltings is the trading name of Ware Arts Centre Limited and is a registered charity (Registered charity no. 276998). All events are run by volunteers and proceeds go towards developing the Southern Maltings into an amazing creative arts centre which will enable us to put on a wider and more frequent range of events and activities for the whole community.
