kin: a place for memory is a two-person exhibition by Austin-based artists Swathi Konduri and Rewon. Through paintings and photographs, they explore family, nostalgia, inheritance, and grief. Swathi works from the position of an outsider observing cultural traditions carried across generations, while Rewon reflects as a central participant in her family’s personal rituals. Together, their works are in conversation—inviting viewers to reflect on the ways traditions are remembered, reshaped, and changed.
