Learn how to make authentic Korean Kimchi in this hands-on workshop with Erin, who learned the craft firsthand while living in South Korea. Erin will guide you through the step-by-step process of creating delicious, gut-healthy, lacto-fermented, probiotic-rich kimchi, where you will walk away with your own creations. This experiential workshop will help you gain the confidence to ferment kimchi at home while exploring the many health benefits of probiotics and nutrient-packed fermented foods.
Please bring 1-2 mason jars and a sharp knife! All other materials will be provided.
