Join me for a 2-day, hands-on exploration of Kimjang — the communal tradition of making kimchi together. Over two immersive sessions, we’ll dive into the art and science of kimchi while making two classic styles from start to finish: Pogi Kimchi (whole Napa cabbage) and Kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi). You’ll take home everything you make on Day 2.We’ll also serve (and share recipes for!) kimchi pancake, kimchi mandu, bossam, sujebi, and more.
