About this Event
Come find out what all the buzz is about with fermented foods! Fermenting vegetables is easy and safe and you will enjoy having these flavor rich condiments in your refrigerator. Participants will leave with a jar of both kimchi and sauerkraut to take home. We will also learn about the incredible health benefits of adding good bacteria to our diets and ways to incorporate these two classic fermented veggies into our meals.
