Kiln Fired enamelling workshops with Katie SandersonCome and join me for an enamelling workshop held at The Long Eaton Art Room, Nottingham and experience the ancient craft of enamelling on copper.
You will make two of your own kiln fired enamelled creations, these may be a pendant, earrings, brooch, or picture taken home that same day.
With step-by-step guidance and tuition I will demonstrate each stage as you progress, and offer one-to-one guidance where appropriate. All workshops are suitable for complete beginners or those that would like to further their experience. All tools and materials are provided.
Half day: 3 hours 10am - 1pm
£55 per person

Enamelling is thought to go back some 3500 years and although now done with modern equipment, these wonderful processes can be incredibly addictive and even with just a small amount of time you will be amazed at what you can achieve.
