Kills for the Pils · 4.7%Kills for the Pils is the lager we are most proud to have made this last cycle around the sun. I took what I loved about it and the style already and improved the process as well as ingredients.
I followed a strict brewing process and used as many Czech ingredients that I could get my hands on including 100% Czech Saaz hops & yeast, decocted mash, spunding for natural carbonation, and an extended lagering time.
Furthermore, we were allowed the ability to brew on Cohesion's beautiful steam jacketed brew house to produce the wort for this before transferring to our fermentation tanks.
Get a pour directly from the tank for a naturally carbonated, unfiltered experience one day only from 12-4:30 pm.
Our owner and brewer John will be personally pouring, giving a tour of our brew area, and available to answer any questions.
