Join the Killeen Garden Club for our next meeting, where our presenter will be Marie Jenkins of the Antique Rose Emporium of Brenham, Texas.Ms. Jenkins will present on the challenges of rose gardening and being a success at it. From choosing the right rose to choosing the right planting location to proper pruning techniques. She will guide you through the process and give you the confidence to grow your own roses.
Later in the month, we will have a field trip to the Rose Emporium in Brenham for interested members.

Membership is open to anyone who is interested in gardening and nature. You do not need to be a senior citizen or member of the senior center to join -- that's just where we have meeting space. There is no requirement that you have a garden or pretty yard or participate in a flower show. All you need is an interest in gardening and desire to make some new friends.
Membership dues are $20 a year if you choose to join.
Killeen Garden Club is a member of Texas Garden Clubs, Inc. which is a member of the National Garden Clubs, Inc.
