Mumbai Cycle presents Kidz Cyclothon 2025 in Valsad on 20th April 2025 in association with Caya Bikes  Mumbai Cycle Community & Sunday Sports club and Preeti Maske a Guinness World Record cyclist. This exciting event aims to inspire young riders to embrace cycling as a fun and competitive sport while building confidence discipline and endurance.

Kidz Cyclothon 2025 - Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before registering for the event. By participating, you agree to follow these rules. If you are under 18, your parent/guardian must read and accept these terms on your behalf.

1. Event Details & Registration The event is organised by Top speed Bicycle Pvt Ltd, .Registration is open till 15th April 2025. No entries will be accepted after the deadline.Once registered, participation cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred.Participants must select the correct age category while registering.

2. Contact & CommunicationA valid mobile number & email ID must be provided for event updates.Parents must also provide an emergency contact number.Event updates will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp and should not be marked as spam.

3. Safety & Medical Responsibility Cycling is a physically demanding sport. Participants must ensure they are fit and healthy to participate.It is advised to undergo a medical check-up before the event.Parents/guardians take full responsibility for the participant’s safety and well-being.The event organiser's are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during the event.

4. Event Rules & Conduct Participants must follow event rules and marshals’ instructions at all times.Helmets are mandatory for all participants.In case of an emergency or medical concern, participants must immediately inform event officials.The event director/medical team has the right to stop any participant if deemed unfit to continue.

5. Photography & Media Usage By participating, you agree that your child’s photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes.

6. Cancellation & Disruptions The event may be postponed or cancelled due to bad weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen reasons. No refunds will be issued if the participant fails to attend on event day.

7. Legal & Liability The organiser's are not responsible for personal losses, injuries, or damages during the event. Any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Thane courts.

8. Parent/Guardian Consent A parent/guardian must confirm that they allow their child to participate in the event. BIB collection must be done in person by the participant or with written authorisation.
