Get ready for the ultimate Bubble Run adventure! Dash through a course filled with foam, bubbles, a Slip & Slide, a candy hunt, and a foam cannon for an unforgettable experience! Choose from .25, .5, 1, or 2-mile options and race your way to fun.
After the run, refuel with an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast alongside beloved princesses and superheroes at our Meet & Treat event! Plus, special medals await the top 10 finishers in the 1 and 2-mile races. Bubbles, pancakes, and endless fun—don’t miss out!

Oktoberfest Bubble Run Details:
Date: Sunday, September 7, 2025
Where: Ohio Expo Center (717 E 17th Ave, Columbus, OH 43211)
Start Location: Race is located at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Pavilion (far south part of the festival in the ODNR park – Look for the Giant Smoky the Bear).
Distance: Bubble Run (.25, .5, 1 or 2 Mile)
Start Time:
- 2 Mile: 10:15 AM
- 1 Mile: 10:25 AM
- .5 Mile: 10:45 AM
- .25 Mile: 10:50 AM
Course Description:
- Part 1 - Bubble Machines: Start the race with our bubble machines
- Part 2 - Candy Hunt (.25 & .5 mile only): Run to a Candy hunt, lots of treats & prizes!
- Part 3 – Slip N Slide: Run to our slip n slides filled with Foam
- Part 4 – Foam Cannon: Our new Foam Cannon – tons of foam!
- Part 5 – Finish Line: Special Medals for 1st 10 finishers by Gender (1 or 2 mile only). Finish line medal (all participants)
- Part 6 – Pick either Bubble Wand/Toy or Tritan 1L Sports Water Bottle - $20 value! See Styles of bubble wands/toy - Click Here

- 10:25AM: 1 Mile Bubble Run Starts
- 10:45AM: .5 Mile Bubble Run Starts
- 10:55AM: .25 Mile Bubble Run Starts
Course Maps
This is a super fun course! See map course map (.25 1 loop, .5 miles is 2 loops, 1 mile is 4 loops, and 2 mile is 8 loops). The course is closed to traffic (not on city streets). All of the course is on pavement.

Race Day Updates
Race Day Updates on the Oktoberfest Bubble Run will be either posted on the KidsLinked Facebook page or via email. Final runner instructions will be sent the week of the race!
Inclement Weather Policy
The Oktoberfest Bubble Run will start as scheduled at 10:15, 10:25, 10:45, and 10:55AM (or start times listed above) regardless of rain, snow or cold temperatures.
If there is visible lightning in the area, the race will be delayed for a minimum of 15 minutes. The race would only be further delayed, postponed or cancelled if extreme conditions jeopardize the safety of participants.

Spectator Information:
Friends and family are welcome to watch and cheer! Only runners/walkers with an official race bib for the Oktoberfest Bubble Run will be allowed on the course.
