About this Event
It's a Kid's Yoga Workshop with Bunnies (and dogs too)! Join us in our Ivanhoe Studio for this small group yoga session for kids 6 to 12. They'll participate in a light hearted yoga session and interact with Fiona and Cami the Zen bunnies as they hop around the studio. Our dogs will join the session as well. There will be lots of fun and we'll take pictures to share as well.
Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children (ages 6 to 12). Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children as well. Add in these friendly and adorable animals, and it's a day to remember!
Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun or head downstairs to The Greek Corner to enjoy an early dinner.
