Miss Molly will be sharing lots of mindful fun in this creative and engaging yoga workshop. Students will enjoy physical movement and mindfulness practices. These practices help create self-regulation and teach your child how to find calm. Mindfulness, movement, and creativity come together! Each child will take home a special mindfulness tool used or created in this class. This month we will focus no the poses and how to move our bodies to feel better.
