Come join Teacher Tammie and Teacher Karyn for a 90-minute fun-filled kids yoga workshop!
Our experienced certified kids yoga teachers will guide your little ones through a series of fun poses and breathing exercises designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness. Through tiny pauses in poses and movement, children will discover their big joyful moments.
This is a wonderful opportunity for kids to unwind, stretch, and connect with their bodies in a playful and supportive environment. And be ready for the new year!
Designed for 6 to 10 year-olds.
