Join us for a fun and interactive FriendsGiving special, a yoga class that is centred around love and care, kindness and sharing at The Wild on December 09, 2024 at 3.30pm.

This class is a FriendsGiving special, a class that is centred around love and care, kindness and sharing. In our sessions, we focus on developing the child's Social Emotional Learning and social conectedness. Each class is centred around a theme, interwoven with an enjoyable story, making learning an exciting and creative experience for children. We are so thankful to our animal friends kitty - cat Catalina, Danny the Downward facing dog and Sierra the sphinx who lead us through yoga poses that help us build strength and teach us patience and persistence, develops listening skills and enhances fine and gross motor skills through creative activities. Our animal friends also teach us how to handle our big feelings with the help of Benny's buzzing bumblebee breathing technique.
