This is an active and playful kid's Yoga retreat that encourages self-expression, mindfulness, focus, and relaxation. It is not your typical adult yoga—it’s “real” yoga but in a kid-friendly way. It includes stretching and strengthening poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation techniques—all using fun-filled music, games, and imagination.
The unique “ingredient” is playfulness, keeping your child motivated, excited, and moving. Kids yoga is an excellent way to build physical, mental, and emotional strength within your child. Bring snacks, water, and a mat.
