Created especially for kids ages **4 to 8**, this playful yoga class helps children build strength, body awareness, and emotional regulation—all while having fun on the mat. Through movement, breath, and imagination, little yogis will explore tools to feel calm, confident, and connected.
Parents, caregivers, and little siblings are welcome to observe or relax nearby on our couches and chairs—this class is meant to be a joyful part of your weekend rhythm.
