About this Event
This class is designed to introduce children to yoga while intertwining mindfulness practices and activities that nurture emotional well-being. Through engaging yoga poses, breath work, and mindfulness exercises, we aim to foster a sense of calm and concentration.
Led by experienced early-childhood instructors, this class provides a supportive environment for kids to explore movement, connect with their inner selves, and develop a toolkit for managing emotions.
