We are so excited to announce that Children’s Yoga is coming to Skandiflow this September! ��Each class offers age-appropriate movement, breath, relaxation (and fun) to help introduce children to yoga poses, breathing and the many many benefits of yoga!
Here are our offerings:
� Mini Yogis (ages 3–5): Saturdays at 10:30 AM
A sweet shared experience for littles and their grown-up! ($110 for the series)
� Stretchy Superstars (ages 6–8): Saturdays at 9:00 AM Big energy meets mindful movement in this fun, active class! Parent or guardian must be on site but can do an adult class at the same time or chill with complimentary tea and coffee in our lounge ($120 for the series)
� Tween Tranquility (ages 9–12): Wednesdays at 5:00 PM A grounding, feel-good flow designed specifically for tweens.

Each class is 1 hour in length. Yoga mats can be borrowed! Just bring a water bottle.
