Class ExperienceAt Kula Yoga Kids Day Camps, we host a variety of fun activities to teach our children how to practice yoga both on and off our mats. The kids yoga classes are fun classes that seem more like playtime to the kids than yoga. Our qualified Kula Yoga Kids instructors will take the kids through a series of yoga poses all the while teaching them to connect with their own inner guidance. This is done through yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation practices.
In the day camp setting, you can expect your child(ren) to be cared for by Kula Yoga Kids trained teachers. The little yogis & yoginis will have time for play, time for a snack and/or lunch, time for a kids yoga class, yoga based games or crafts, music, and meditation. The children are also provided with blank paper & coloring pencils/crayons along with coloring mandalas in between group activities. We look forward to the opportunity to share yoga with your family.
What To Bring
Kids should wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in. (May send a change of clothes if they get sweaty).
Easy on/off shoes, sandals are fine. (They won’t be wearing them in studio)
Please send a yoga mat and water bottle. (Yoga mats available for purchase for $20, yoga mat carrying straps for $10)
Send a healthy packed lunch. Only water to drink, no sugary food or drinks please.
