About the book
Our new book is called Shout it Out! Yoga Therapy for Emotional Resilience. The yoga story is beautifully illustrated and designed to help children understand and release emotions and build positive emotions.
It follows on from our popular and impactful first book, Butterflies Be Gone! Yoga Therapy for Fear & Anxierty. Children and adults of all ages loved our first book launch and many children have enjoyed and benefitted from our book readings at schools, libraries and childcare centres.
There's more info on both books on Adele's website www.moveyogatherapy.com — go to the Book Blog and Podcasts.
