Join us as we celebrate our Yoga Friends! This workshop will be all about friendship.Every kids yoga class at Real Hot Yoga consists of breath work, mindfulness, yoga poses and relaxation/stillness. Art and creative expression will also be included through the use of books, dramatics and crafts.
Mats are provided. Kids should come with a water bottle.
$25 per child. Space is limited. For ages 4-8
This workshop will be held at our Magnolia Row Location.
