In this class, we'll stretch, balance, and breathe like Moana while discovering the magic of the ocean, ancient legends, and the power of courage.Through playful yoga poses, kids will journey to new lands, climb mountains, sail across waves, and meet friendly sea creatures. Each pose helps build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness as we learn to stay calm and focused, just like Moana on her voyage.
After our yoga quest, the adventure continues with a creative art session, bringing their yoga journey to life in fun and imaginative ways.
Whether you're a seasoned sailor or a first-time voyager, this class is perfect for any young yogi age 4-9 who loves to move, create, and explore!
Kids mats are provided, but please send a water bottle with your child.
$25 per child. Space is limited. For ages 4-9
