Looking for a calm, supportive after-school option for your child this winter?The Mindful Movement Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Club offers students time to slow down after the school day, move their bodies in age-appropriate ways, and practice simple tools for focus, confidence, and emotional regulation.
This class is designed specifically for students at Sunnyside Elementary School and supports the social-emotional learning already taking place within Mounds View Public Schools, meeting on campus in a familiar, supportive school setting.
The club emphasizes:

🌬 breathing and mindfulness practices kids can use at school and at home
💛 connection, kindness, and a positive group environment
