Looking for a calm, supportive after-school option for your child this spring?The Mindful Movement Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Club offers students time to slow down after the school day, move their bodies in age-appropriate ways, and practice simple tools for focus, confidence, and emotional regulation.
This class is designed specifically for students at Harambee Elementary School and is offered through Roseville Area Schools Community Education, meeting after school in a familiar, on-campus setting.
The club emphasizes:
🧘♀️ gentle movement to build confidence and body awareness
🌬 breathing and mindfulness practices kids can use at school and at home
💛 connection, kindness, and a positive group environment
