Join us for a fun and engaging yoga class designed especially for children aged 6-8!
This playful session introduces kids to the basics of yoga through imaginative storytelling, games, and creative movement. Children will learn a variety of poses that help improve their balance, strength, and flexibility while also encouraging them to connect with their breath and develop mindfulness.
Through yoga, kids can experience a range of benefits including improved focus and concentration, better body awareness, and enhanced emotional regulation. Yoga also helps children manage stress, build self-confidence, and foster a sense of calm.
Our class will end with a soothing meditation, where children will be guided through a peaceful visualization, helping them relax and wind down. This meditation will provide a moment of stillness, allowing them to carry the tranquility of yoga off the mat and into their daily lives.
