Our children live in a hurry-up world so it’s so important for them to find their calm and relaxation in the same way as adults. Ocean Serenity & Raine & Shine yoga have joined together to provide a beautiful mini school holiday workshop consisting of yoga, gratitude and mindfulness practice to help them navigate life’s challenges with a little bit more ease.
Yoga and mindfulness encourage self awareness and self care from an early age. They help to bring about compassion and co operation in a non competitive environment.
