Kids Yoga (open to all levels of experience) Young ones experience the same physical benefits as adults do from practicing yoga, such as strengthening, flexibility and coordination. Yoga also helps improve performance in sports. Children learn ways to relax and control their stress, leading to better concentration and achievements in school. In every class, we practice breathing exercises, yoga poses, play games and have lots of fun.
This program will run on Thursdays, 4:30 pm - 5:45 pm.
