Introduce your kids to yoga through play! Bring your little ones to an hour of yoga fun. They will learn the basics of yoga through poses, breath work, meditation, relaxation, and dance! Your little yogi will get to practice fine and gross motor skills, creativity, and mindfulness. We will focus on new beginnings with a butterfly theme. We will start class on the floor, enter our cocoons, and emerge as energetic butterflies. The kids will journey through a standard vinyasa flow and into an ecstatic yoga dance.
