Kids Yoga classes are designed for children ages 5-10 years old.These classes are an opportunity for children to enjoy a variety of fun activities as they learn creative ways to practice yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
Each week will be a different theme, with music, games, storytelling and creative time to explore different ways to relax the mind and body.
There are many benefits for children who practice Yoga and Mindfulness:

Only 10 spots available in each class. You may register for the full series or for individual classes. Either way, best to pre-register since space is limited.
Investment: 7 classes for $126 (that's $18/class) or $20 per class.
You can drop-off your child at 9am and pick-up at 10am OR join us for our 9am hot yoga class for adults!
