Join us every Monday in March (3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31) from 3:00-3:45 PM for a fun and engaging Kids Yoga series! 🧘♀️✨
Yoga helps support focus, self-regulation, mindfulness, flexibility, strength, and coordination—all through movement and play!
📍 Meet us on the lawn and bring a yoga mat or towel. While the kids stretch and move, parents can relax and grab a delicious bite or drink from the Harvest Market on-site! ☕🍽️
✨ Led by a Pediatric Occupational Therapist & Certified Yoga Instructor
