Raising kids & teens in a digital world isn’t easy — and you’re not alone.Firm Foundation Family Services invites Loudoun County parents, kids & teens to a free, in-person community conversation focused on technology, child development, and building healthy habits at home and beyond.
With evolving expectations around student device use during the school day, many families are navigating new questions about boundaries, balance, and emotional well-being. While LCPS Policy 8655 (“bell to bell”) provides important context, this event is designed to go beyond policy and focus on practical guidance and real-life strategies families can use every day.
This one-hour event includes:
- A short talk from Carrington at Firm Foundation Family Services on technology, kids, and healthy habits
- A guided panel discussion with licensed therapists, LCPS staff, & local professionals
- Open Q&A with parents and families
Familes are encouraged to attend together. Space is limited so please RSVP on our website.
