This summer, let your kids dive into a delicious world of chocolate, pastry, and cooking at our fun-filled, hands-on culinary camp! Whether they dream of becoming a pastry chef, a chocolatier, or a taco master, this camp is designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and, of course, taste amazing!
At The Conche, kids will explore the magic of chocolate—dipping, decorating, and creating their own confections! Imagine the joy of making chocolate-dipped pretzels, fluffy marshmallows, and fruity strawberries, or rolling up their own cake pops before dunking them in smooth, velvety chocolate. They’ll also get hands-on in the pastry kitchen, learning how to bake cookies, whip up cupcakes, and even sculpt with chocolate! And what’s better than baking fresh cookies? Turning them into gooey, delicious ice cream sandwiches!
Then, we take the adventure to the kitchen where kids will discover the bold and vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine. They’ll learn how to make their own tortillas from scratch, craft the perfect tacos and empanadas, and shake up a refreshing DIY mocktail. The fun doesn’t stop there—kids will also get to create their own salsas, tamales, and quesadillas, bringing home new skills to impress family and friends at the dinner table.
