We are having Kids Summer Art Camp Monday-Friday June 10th – August 30th!
Please pack lunch/snack/water accordingly if booking a double session or full day camp!

Mondays: Featured Artist. Students will look at a particular artist’s work and learn the style and technique used by the artist.

Tuesdays: Animals. The focus is of animals in art. Students learn how to paint animals close up or from far away and in various habitats.
- 6/11 – Temperate Forest 6/12 – Endangered Species 6/25 – Farm Life 7/2 – Under the Sea 7/9 – Tropical Rainforest 7/16 – Insects 7/23 – Domesticated/House Pets 7/30 – Predators 8/6 – Desert 8/13 – Invasive Species 8/20 – Aquatic 8/27 – Fable
Wednesdays: Mixed Media. This class will focus on the use of different materials. Students will create art looking at subject matter from abstract to realistic pieces using different mediums.
Thursdays: Drawing. Students will learn the fundamentals of drawing, including but not limited to perspective, light and shadow and composition, with the use of various drawing materials.
Fridays: Fantasy. An interactive class where students look at a particular aspect of fantasy art, from fairies to dragons, to recognizable cartoons and caricatures in a made up or realistic environment. This class welcomes input and encourages students to make suggestions on subject matter.
Workshops will be held outside if weather permits!
Ages 6-12 Kids work with a variety of painting and drawing materials and will learn various painting & drawing techniques including, but not limited to, color theory, paint mixing & application, perspective & composition as well as learning about various artists and art movements.
If this is your child’s first class with us you will need to fill out a registration form and email to [email protected] or fill when you arrive! We suggest bringing a snack along ( fuel the creativity !), we also have snacks for sale in the studio.

To participate in the Monthly Student Art Exhibition , please drop off your artwork by 7pm on the Friday before the exhibit. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to showcase your talent! Summer Student Art Exhibitions are happening on 10am-1pm Saturday June 29th, 10am-1pm Saturday July 27th, and 10am-1pm Saturday August 31st!
