We’re bringing interactive food fun to the Peninsula Country Market this September with a Two-Part Food Literacy & Healthy Snack Series designed especially for families with young kids to get ready for back to school prep!

Drop-in, booth-style stations with hands-on food activities, fun live demos, and take-home tips to help build basic food skills and spark mealtime connection. Families can participate at their own pace throughout market hours.
👩🍳 Led by Alison Ellis, Registered Dietitian and Founder of The Toddler Kitchen
Alison brings her passion for playful food education and over a decade of experience supporting families in creating positive mealtime experiences. Through engaging activities like Snack Builders and DIY Parfait Making, Alison helps little ones explore nutritious foods in a way that’s fun, approachable, and confidence-building—for both kids and parents!
