Legend has it that many martial arts techniques were based on the movements of animals in their natural surroundings. Over the generations, these movements were refined into the self-defense techniques found in martial arts schools today!
During this community event, kids will explore how each of the 5 Animals of Kung Fu influence how they can defend themselves in practical, real-life situations!
