Kids Screen-free Games - Game Day Fridays at Think Lounge

Join us for Game Day Fridays every Friday at Think Lounge Afterschool Club where children can discover the vast world of screen-free games.

Each session starts with a quick introduction to a new game, where kids learn the rules and objectives in a fun and engaging way. Popular games like Candy Land and Chutes and Ladders help younger children understand turn-taking and following simple rules, while older kids can dive into more complex games like Catan Junior or Ticket to Ride, which involve planning, strategy, and negotiation.

Through games like Chess or Checkers, kids learn how to think ahead and develop problem-solving skills. In Monopoly Junior or The Game of Life, they practice counting money, making decisions, and managing resources. Games like Clue encourage children to use their detective skills to solve mysteries, while Pictionary sparks their creativity through drawing and guessing.

The class is designed to be cooperative and friendly, encouraging kids to work together, share ideas, and communicate effectively. Not only do they build social skills, but they also gain confidence in decision-making and strategy.
