This is a free ruck training event focused on kids - ages 6-11.We are doing this as a way to introduce the kids to the movements and training needed for our future Kids BRAT event this fall
This is a free event for the kids. Parents may shadow.
They will be rucking... they will be doing PT... they will have fun.... they might be getting wet at the splash pad!
