REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
I require 48 hours notice for refunds.
If requested 48 hours in advance, refunds will be issued to your credit card less a 15% cancellation processing fee.
Individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice will be given a refund for the full amount in STUDIO CREDIT ONLY.
No refunds are offered to guests cancelling with less than 24 hours notice. (Please leave a message if calling after hours.)
No shows will not receive a store credit or refund.
