*Designed for kids 2.5-7/8 years old
What to expect: 10 minutes of a mindfulness craft or tool making, followed by a short, yoga flow, and ending with a meditation. Parents are required to stay with their children. Yoga mats will be provided. Children dress in comfortable clothing.
